At Tobosa Developmental Services, I lead the organization’s marketing and communications strategy, translating a deeply human mission into storytelling that resonates across digital platforms, print materials, and live community events. My work sits at the intersection of brand communication, accessibility, and grassroots community engagement, with the goal of ensuring Tobosa’s impact is not just visible, but genuinely felt.

Digital Marketing & Web

I oversee Tobosa’s full digital presence, from social media content strategy to website architecture. A centerpiece of this role was leading a comprehensive redesign of the Tobosa website, rebuilding it from the ground up with accessibility and usability as non-negotiable priorities, ensuring the site meaningfully serves every member of the community it represents. On social media, I develop content that spotlights the achievements of the individuals Tobosa supports and celebrates the partnerships that make the organization’s work possible. Every piece of content is crafted to reflect Tobosa’s values and communicate its real-world impact with clarity and care.

Community Events & Engagement

My role extends well beyond the screen. I plan and execute community events that bring people together around Tobosa’s mission in tangible, memorable ways. I help organize the organization’s annual Thanksgiving banquet and lead coordination of the Christmas gift donation initiative, a program that provides meaningful support to individuals and families served by Tobosa each holiday season. Both initiatives require close collaboration with local partners, careful logistics management, and a commitment to creating experiences that are inclusive, well-attended, and deeply connected to the community.

Impact

This work has sharpened my expertise in content strategy, project management, and community relations, while building lasting, trust-based relationships between Tobosa and the broader Roswell community. The throughline across everything I do here is the same: make the mission felt, not just seen.
